# The Rebel Empaths Initiation

**Thank God your cofffee is strong,** as you prepare for your next "Mental as Anything" shift/teaching session/ meeting/ kid wrangling time slot.
Later, you drive home is silence (ears ringing), replaying the day, as your monkey mind runs a non-stop chatter of what's to do next.

## And you're done bracing for the worst
You're trying your best not to snap at your partner, kids or colleagues... so you ROLL your eyes out loud (oops).
You live in a pressure-cooker: zero time to decompress, instagram or netflix don't actually count.
Your eyes are wide open at 3am, pre-empting tomorrow's to-do list, wondering if today you did enough (YES you did).
You can't remember the last time you did a hobby you used to love, laughed, rested properly or worse, spent time alone (grocery shopping does NOT count).

Don't take me wrong, wine is nice and tv numbs the mind for a while, but you're still stuck in the same ***adrenaline rush,*** bracing and living outside of your body when rushing around with the kids. On total *ov**erdrive***, straight autopilot.
***When we integrate body work, breathwork and energy, that's when the magic unfolds***. We ground you with somatic exercises, process and release the rage & tension trapped everywhere (jaw, shoulders, diaphragm, hips, temples, name it!).
Your nervous system settles, your mind can think, your whole body starts a fresh cycle - like breathing for the first time!

## Our Journey
SESSION 1: The Initiation - LIVE as a tribe of Empaths!
WHEN: Wednesday 9th September at 6:30 pm (BNE/SYD) - 10:30 am Paris.
A 2 hours Manifesto embodiment: a full body reset with breath, Soma/body work, energy healing. Breaking the shackles of martyrdom, Sacred Rage work, a Rebellious Reclamation.

## Hi, Bonjour!
### I am your Rebel in Residence, a Cancer Nurse, Author and Breathwork Facilitator
##### *I stand for what I teach: truth, holistic healthcare, a culture of growth and expansion, a life of exploration and finding JOY in a the weird places!*
The power of the Breath, somatic work (we use the body), and energy has changed me from the inside out!
I suffered post-natal depression and had anxiety since my late 20s (aka motherhood & hormones). With holistic medicine I improved and healed the spiralling, insomnia, and panic attacks. The difference now I feel it coming, I know how to ground myself, even at 1am.
I am a threshold Guide for Caregivers and Empaths, because you deserve all the goodness you give to others.
I am a fair bit Spiritual (not religious) and embed rituals into my sessions.
I also travel around the world to go deeper in my spirituality (pilgrimages). I am a woman walking the Earth path - hence why during this Rebel Empath Initiation - you're coming with me to Egypt!
